Welcome to Lunar 9, my name is Lexie Ward and I’ll be your guide. For those of you who don’t know me already, I’m an investigative reporter based in Boulder, Colorado, or at least I was until I came face-to-face with aliens.

I thought I’d start with a quick “Truth” or “Rumor” session to clear up some of the confusion. So here goes:

There’s an alien base on the moon. Truth. Actually, the base is inside the moon, but either way, we have to accept the fact that we’re not alone in the universe.

The aliens intend to conquer Earth. Rumor. At the moment, the aliens (they call themselves Rodytes, btw) are in the middle of a civil war. Conquering another planet is the farthest thing from their minds.

The aliens want to experiment on human females. This one is a Rumor with elements of Truth. The aliens descend from a race capable of performing magic. Their scientists have devised a way to free the magic locked inside their DNA, but it requires that they bond with a human female. This program is entirely voluntary. Nothing will be forced on anyone.

If a females bonds with a Rodyte she will live forever. This is Truth, though exaggerated. By bonding with a Rodyte a human female will become stronger, healthier and live up to three times longer than she would have before.

The Rodytes are all tall, dark and handsome. Truth. The average Rodyte is well over six feet tall and they’re built for battle. Need I say more? As for handsome, you’ll have to decide for yourselves.
